⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience
I provided all of the information requested and was told that someone would call me back within 15–20 minutes. I never received a call back.
I followed up numerous times by phone and email trying to get a response or even a status update, but I have either received no response or been unable to get anyone to answer.
Communication and follow-through are extremely important, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. If you value your time, I would think twice before using this company. Don’t waste your time.

I originally left a “five star” review based on my initial experience, but after learning more about the terms of my merchant cash advance, I felt it was important to update it.

The biggest surprise was discovering that there was no early payoff benefit. In my case, the fee was $9,000, and even if I had paid it off within days or a week of receiving the funds, I still would have had to pay that full $9,000. That was completely unexpected and very different from what I had experienced with other cash advances over the past 11 years.

To put that into perspective, if I requested a payoff today, only about two weeks after receiving the funds, my payoff would be the same as if I waited until the full 15-month maturity date. That was shocking to me and something I never expected. I had never encountered a financing arrangement where paying off the balance almost immediately resulted in the exact same payoff amount as paying it off over the full term.

I’m sure this information was disclosed somewhere in the agreement, but I relied on my understanding of previous merchant cash advances and trusted that the key terms would be explained in a straightforward way. I had established what I believed was a great working relationship with the person helping me, and because of that trust, I didn’t feel the need to scrutinize every line of the agreement. Looking back, that was my mistake.

If there is one lesson I hope others take from my experience, it’s this: even if you completely trust the person you’re working with, even if you’ve built a great relationship with them, read every page of the agreement yourself. Don’t assume they’ll point out the most important terms. Ask specifically whether there is any early payoff discount or reduction, and ask them to show you exactly where that provision appears in the documents before you sign. Don’t be afraid to ask more questions than you think you need to. It could save you thousands of dollars.

For me, this experience completely changed how I view merchant cash advances. I don’t expect to use one again, and I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid the surprise that I experienced.
